Meet our leadership team

dan moody

  • Dan Moody has been associated with printing and sales activities his entire life. This started in the family printing business at the age of 11, helping his father run a folder and catching off the cutter.  Dan graduated from the University of Texas in Austin where he earned a scholarship to play first base for the Longhorns. In 1980, after graduating, he joined the family business until its sale in 1990. In 1992, he started DFM Print Pak.   

    As president and CEO of DFM Print Pak he is recognized as an extremely knowledgeable person in areas of printing, packaging and fulfillment.  In his spare time, Dan loves spending time with his 5 grandchildren at the lake and watching them play sports of their choice (baseball preferred).

Customer Service Director

  • Lee Ann Stanley excelled in business leadership studies at Baylor University and is reportedly the best Customer Service Manager and Executive Assistant in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.  Her communication skills and attention to detail are unparalleled in the printing and fulfillment industries.  She subscribes to the business of teaching others to develop and succeed.  

    Lee Ann manages the Customer Service departments with excellence and ease and can find reports and documents that Dan and Monty swear have never existed.  She enjoys her two children and is looking forward to becoming a grandmother in early 2021.

  • Monty Lloyd is a retired Senior Executive from a Fortune 50 banking institution.  He was also a Partner with Price Waterhouse Coopers Consulting firm leading Bank Mergers and Acquisitions.  He partnered and co-owned a juice manufacturing facility where he met Dan of DFM Print Pak.  They looked forward to working and playing golf together, accomplishing that through Monty’s role as GM of DFM Print Pak.  

    Monty is involved as a BYU alum and keeps extremely busy chasing his 23 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

  • Taylor White has spent most of his life in the printing and sales industry. He grew up in his family’s print business, learning the trade from the ground up. After earning a degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, he returned to the business and went on to build a 25-year career in B2B sales, sales management, and eventually served as President and CEO.

    Now as Sales Manager at DFM Print Pack, Taylor brings a lifetime of hands-on industry experience and strategic leadership to the company’s sales efforts. He lives in Bartonville, Texas with his wife, Lindsay, a successful entrepreneur. Together, they have three children and enjoy spending time outdoors and with family.
